¶¶Òô»ÆƬapp is gearing up for the summer of 2020 with a large offering of undergraduate courses, residential high school programs, and youth camps for students of all ages to explore.
Current Stags and visiting undergraduates hoping to get ahead in their studies can enroll in one or more of the University’s 100 online and campus courses offered in one-week, two-week, and five-week formats during three separate sessions in May, June, and July. In addition to on-campus courses in core subjects like biology, English, math, and more, over 50 online classes will also be available in a wide variety of disciplines including applied ethics, communication, engineering, and marketing, among others. “Summer is the perfect time to complete a prerequisite for fall, focus intently on a challenging course, try out an elective, or complete a class for an additional major or minor,” said Walter Rankin, PhD, vice provost for Graduate, Continuing, and Professional Studies. “With online courses and flexible campus sessions, students can still pursue summer employment and enjoy vacation time with their families.”
Registration for all summer courses starts Monday, February 10, and is available at . Course dates, times, and faculty are subject to change, so students are encouraged to check with the Registrar's Office for the most up-to-date information. In addition college courses, ¶¶Òô»ÆƬapp is also offering two high school programs that give rising seniors, juniors, and sophomores the opportunity to live on campus, explore career options, and meet classmates from around the world. Both programs begin on Sunday, July 5, 2020, and include Pre-College Immersion, a five-day, non-credit residential program that explores career options in nursing, robotics, and nutrition, and University Prep, a two-week residential program in which students can earn college credits in biology, economics, marketing, and psychology.
