Help launch a Stag's career during this year's Alumni Job Shadow.
Alumni, you can be a powerful influence on the future of today's Stags! The Alumni Job Shadow Program is designed to give students a unique and up close look at the work required in industries they are considering.
During winter break, students will get a firsthand look at a typical day on the job as they accompany Fairfield alumni through their workdays. By shadowing Fairfield alumni, students gain insight into the day-to-day demands of professions they are considering. They also receive helpful career advice from fellow Stags who were once in their shoes. With this insight, students often feel better able to plan for the types of careers they want after Fairfield.
Last year, Fairfield matched 272 students and 165 alumni in organizations across various industries, including the POPSUGAR, WebMD, Warner Media, Google, NBC, Daily Mail, and many more prestigious organizations.
Mentor is open until October 25.
