¶¶Òô»ÆƬapp’s annual Fall Career and Internship Fair will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the RecPlex.
Mark your calendar! September 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the RecPlex is your chance to meet employers and learn about a wide range of internship and employment opportunities available to ¶¶Òô»ÆƬapp students. If you are a Stag student, don't miss out on this very popular event.
All majors are encouraged to attend from the College of Arts & Sciences, Dolan School of Business, and School of Engineering. The Egan School of Nursing & Health Studies Career Fair is Tuesday, Oct. 23 from 3-6 p.m. and the Pre-Law Fair is Thursday, Oct. 25 from 12:30- 2:30 p.m. in the Kelley Center Presentation Room.
Over 100 representatives from organizations in accounting, finance, marketing, engineering, medical/health, consumer products, graduate programs, and non-profits will be present, including Deloitte, Epsilon, Ernst and Young, Himes for Congress, Indeed, Insight Global, KPMG, Make-a-Wish, Mercer, Prosek Partners, Save the Children, Tauck, Urban Impact, and more.
Here are a few tips for students planning to attend:
- Dress for success.
- Bring extra resume copies.
- Identify and research companies of interest and prepare questions in advance.
- Develop an elevator pitch for when someone says, “Tell me about yourself.”
- Plan to follow up with employers after the Career and Internship Fair.
