¶¶Òô»ÆƬapp's Office of Study Abroad will be hosting Study Abroad Day on Wednesday, January 31 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Barone Campus Center Oak Room.
Study Abroad Day will feature representatives from our partners and affiliates, breakout sessions hosted by our study abroad partners, and specialized presentations in BCC 200 for business, nursing, engineering, and theatre/film majors.
The day will include:
11:30–11:45 a.m. – Interning Abroad with Global Experiences
11:50 a.m.–12:05 p.m. – Why is the School for Field Studies (SFS) the Right Academic Program for Science Majors and Minors?
12:10–12:25 p.m. – Loyola Vietnam – Learn About Southeast Asia and it's Geographical Beauty and Cultural Diversity
12:30–12:45 p.m. – STA Travel – The Steps to Booking Your Flight
12:50–1:05 p.m. – CIEE – Semester and Summer Options All Over the World!
1:10–1:25 p.m. – Washington Internship Institute – A Semester or Summer Opportunity perfect for Politics and International Studies Majors or Minors
1:30-1:45 p.m. – The Beijing Center - Experience First-hand Modern Life, Beyond the Headlines, in One of the World’s Oldest Civlizations

Preferred Business Program – Calling all Dolan School of Business Students! Come learn about study abroad opportunities for business students from both Assistant Dean DeBiase and Program Manager Nicole Moffa.
Program Options for Nursing Students – Co-hosted by Associate Dean Audrey Beauvais and Program Manager Nicole Moffa, in this session nursing students will learn about the amazing study abroad options available for Egan School majors.
Program Options for Engineering Majors – Did you know all engineering majors have the opportunity to study abroad in either your sophomore or junior year?! Students in the Engineering program have programs available in Galway, Nicaragua, Madrid, and South Korea! The Film and Theater Internship Program in London – New to Fairfield for summer 2018 is our London internship opportunity where students will have the opportunity to work in a London theater performing tasks in stage production, marketing and promotion, fundraising, performance analysis and more! Students will have accommodations and planned excursions including a trip to the world-famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and will have the opportunity to enroll in one of Queen Mary University of London’s courses during this eight-week internship experience.
