Anyone can experience a career slump, but when it happens, it is important to take action and seek support. On Tuesday, January 9, alumni are invited to join ¶¶Òô»ÆƬapp's "Overcoming a Career Slump" webinar to explore the motivated skills, personality style, and values needed to achieve greater career satisfaction. At the end of the webinar, participants will feel inspired and energized to take action to achieve their future goals.
In her current position, Lynn Berger counsels people on how to effectively transition jobs and/or careers, balance their roles and responsibilities, and understand the choices before them. Berger's past experience includes working in the human resource and consulting fields. She has a master of arts degree in organizational psychology and a master of education degree in counseling psychology from Columbia University. Berger is a licensed mental health counselor, national certified counselor, master career counselor, and professional certified coach. She has been a career counselor and executive coach in private practice in New York City for over 20 years.
Berger has appeared as a guest expert on radio and television shows across the country and has been featured in such publications as The Wall Street Journal , The Washington Post , The New York Times , Newsday , Huffington Post , Businessweek.com, Monster.com, and more. She authored the book, The Savvy Part-Time Professional - How to Land, Create or Negotiate the Part-Time Job of Your Dreams .
