Dolan School Junior Career Night – Oct. 13

Next week the Dolan School of Business will host Junior Career Night on October 13 from 5:30 – 8 p.m. in the Dolan School of Business Dining Room. This event is an opportunity for Dolan School students to spend an evening with top business executives and receive informal advice from people with experience in a variety of career paths. This year 24 mentors, many of whom are Fairfield alumni, will volunteer their time for this signature event to meet with and provide industry-specific advice and lessons to help students succeed.

“Junior Career Night is one of the Dolan School’s featured events for upperclassmen that creates a space for business leaders to interact with our students and discuss their views on career success,” explained Sarah Bollinger, director of Internships and Professional Development. “The mentors are encouraged to be authentic and share key moments of their own career development, the priorities of resume-building, interviewing skills, coursework and networking.”

The evening is structured to allow students to network with mentors across various fields over casual dinner conversation, then break into sessions by major to gain more insight into specific industries.

Students should register for the event on OrgSync.
