Same-Day Registration and Voting on Campus, Nov. 8

¶¶Òô»ÆƬapp has been selected by the Town of Fairfield to be the Election Day same-day registration and voting site for the 2016 Presidential Election on Tuesday, November 8. Students, faculty, staff and community members who are not registered to vote in the Town of Fairfield may take advantage of same-day registration and voting on campus in the lower level of the Barone Campus Center from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. For students already registered to vote in Fairfield , transportation services will be provided from campus every hour on the hour from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., leaving from the traffic circle on campus.

All non-registered, on-campus students who are registering to vote in the Town of Fairfield on Election Day must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a U.S. Citizen age 18 or older
  • Reside at an address in Fairfield (on campus or off campus)
  • Must not have voted in the November 8, 2016 election from a different address
  • Must not have been convicted of a disenfranchising felony (or must have completed incarceration and parole)

Those registering on Election Day must also bring proof of identity (such as a driver’s license or Stag Card) and proof of residence (such as a utility bill or other document with your current address). Students living on campus may obtain a proof of residency letter that fulfills this requirement from the Office of Student Engagement (096 BCC) prior to or on Election Day.

For students who are currently registered to vote in Fairfield , you can confirm your status as a voter – and see your current polling place – online. Students voting at their polling place, especially first time voters, are recommended to bring a current and valid ID with them to the polls - a Stag Card is acceptable for voting purposes in Connecticut.

All on-campus residents, EXCEPT Dolan Hall, who are already registered with their on-campus address will vote at:

Holland Hill School

Dolan Hall residents who are already registered with their Dolan Hall address will vote at:

Fairfield Woods Middle School

1115 Fairfield Woods Road

Fairfield, CT 06825
