Stags On The Run Convenience Store Opens in BCC

Need laundry detergent? Paper towels? K-cups for your coffee maker?

No more shuttles to the grocery store. Students no longer have to leave campus to get what they need!

The new Stags On The Run convenience store is now open for business on the second floor of the Barone Campus Center, due to the efforts of FUSA and Follett Campus Stores, in collaboration with the University. Weekly and monthly specials keep prices competitive with local stores.

Fr. von Arx and Don Germano, president of Follett, attended the official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday. The store was open throughout the day with music, games, Stag Bags and other giveaways. “I just want to thank FUSA for being such an integral part of this improvement,” said Jim Fitzpatrick, assistant vice president of Student Affairs. “When FUSA talked about opening a convenience store, I knew it was going to be good, but in my wildest dreams I didn’t believe the store was going to be this good.”

Stags On The Run hours are 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on class days, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.
