Quick Center Marks its 25th Anniversary with Charitable Giving
To mark its 25th Anniversary season, the Quick Center for the Arts has launched the Arts Education and Outreach Fund. The goal of the fund is to develop infrastructure in support of the work they do in serving the broader community through meaningful educational programming for local youth.
Supporters can contribute to the fund by attending the 25 th Anniversary Celebration: An Evening with Charlie Rose on January 22, 2016. Through attendance at the celebration and donations, the Quick Center will impact the lives of thousands of young people each year. All proceeds from the Arts Education and Outreach Fund will support:
- The School Matinee Series, offering live theatre experiences to grades pre-k through 12, and free tickets to students in underserved communities.
- Integrated school learning that positions Quick Center artists in school classrooms.
- Scholarships for underserved youth to participate in the Quick Center summer camp programs to experience hands-on creativity and arts learning.
