#FairfieldFit: New Ways to Stay in Shape, all Around Campus
Starting this week, students, faculty and staff have new options for fitness. Under the theme of “Fairfield Fit,” fitness classes like Zumba, Pilates, yoga, crossfit training, and even spinning are available FREE to the University community on a first-in basis.
“Without the use of the RecPlex this year, we had to get really creative with our locations,” said Karen Donoghue, associate vice president for student affairs and dean of students. “So there will be classes in in Faber Hall, Alumni Hall, and even outside on BCC Commons and Campion Field, while weather allows.”
A is posted on the site. Students can also through OrgSync.
Treadmills and other fitness equipment is also available at “RecPlex @ Alumni Hall.” Visit the site for .
