Fairfield Lacrosse Announces 2016 Schedules
The Fairfield men’s and women’s lacrosse teams have announced their schedules for the upcoming 2016 season. The slates feature a total of 15 games to be played on Conway Field at Rafferty Stadium, including three doubleheaders.

2015 First Team All-CAA and All-New England midfielder TJ Neubauer ’16, who has been selected as Honorable Mention Preseason All-America by Inside Lacrosse , will lead the Stags on the field beginning Saturday, Feb. 13 at Rafferty Stadium against Richmond.
The defending Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Champion will play seven of its 16 contests on Conway Field. The Stags begin the 2015 campaign at Rafferty Stadium on Saturday, Feb. 13 against LIU Brooklyn as the first of Fairfield’s three doubleheaders.
Fairfield, which hands the head coaching reins to Laura Field following seven years as an assistant, was recently slotted at No. 2 in the MAAC Preseason Coaches’ Poll, with Preseason All-MAAC laurels going to Melissa Laible ’16, Chelsey Sidaras ’16 and Riley Hellstein ’17.
In addition to the Feb. 13 opener, the Stags will play Saturday afternoon doubleheaders at Rafferty Stadium on Feb. 20 and April 9.
